She loves working in recovery because it gives her the chance to truly connect with people and be part of their journey toward healing. As a leader, Cara finds deep meaning in fostering an environment where clients can regain their strength, confidence, and sense of purpose. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and their dog. Whether they are relaxing at home or enjoying time together, those moments help her recharge and bring her best self to the leadership and care she provides.
