Christian serves as the Operations Manager for Southern Pines Recovery, where he manages the daily operations and workflows of the facility. With a career background rooted in restaurant management, he brings a specialized skill set in identifying, solving, and preventing issues within complex, fast-paced business environments.
At Southern Pines, Christian ensures that all state, federal, and private regulations are maintained while managing the ongoing functions of the building and its infrastructure. He has experience in employee compliance and training, as well as the implementation of the essential policies and procedures that keep the facility running smoothly.
Outside of work, Christian enjoys playing disc golf, participating in his book club, and laughing with his wife.
